College providing training to become entrepreneurs

DAV college students are being encouraged to become good creators and entrepreneurs. For this, the college’s Institutions Innovation Council is providing special training and information sessions to the students.

On this occasion, Dr. Amritpal Ghuman shared that the college is also organizing special internships for the students, allowing them to explore and grow in their respective fields. IIC Convener Dr. Manpreet Kaur mentioned that students from BSc Medical, Biotech, BCA, and B.Voc courses visited the Golden Jubilee Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Guru Nanak Dev University.

Dr. Balwinder highlighted the importance of startups and focused on the success stories of Indian entrepreneurs. Pradeep Dutta introduced students to the Discovery Lab. He shared insights about various platforms such as 3D printers, 3D scanners, IoT, and AI.

On this occasion, Dr. Sakshi and Mr. Harisimran were also present.
